¡Vino y soda! Pero poquito…

Los Argentina Wine Bloggers, decidimos hacer una nueva movida llamada: #MiPrimeraVez. Aquí comentamos cada uno de los integrantes nuestra primera experiencia con el vino.

No es sólamente es #MiPrimeraVez, sino también MiPrimeraNota para los AWB.

Mis recuerdos de niña me llevan a transportarme al patio de mi casa, en imágenes referidas a nuestro parral de uva chinche. Aproximadamente había 20 m2 de parral. Esos días soleados de primavera y verano eran un buen momento para sentarse debajo del parral y compartir reuniones, almuerzos y cenas;  leer el diario, libros o solamente para tomar mate o té.  Recuerdo el cambio de tonalidades de las hojas de la planta durante el año y los olores de las uvas maduras a lo largo de todo el verano.



Sin embargo, el recuerdo que más presente tengo es cuando mi padre y yo cortábamos los primeros racimos: ¡Escalera, tijera y balde!  ¡Manos a la obra!  Mis padres eran amantes de la uva como fruta.   Mi madre hacía el dulce casero, al que todos la alabábamos por su exquisito sabor.  ¡Qué lindo era disfrutar de un café con leche y unas tostadas con dulce de uva en el desayuno!

Y como buena descendiente de italianos y rusos, los platos caseros y el vino siempre estaban presentes en la mesa. En el  almacén del barrio, se compraba el vino en damajuana, siempre tinto. Por supuesto, Crotta  y otro que ,según mi familia, se llamaba Moscatelli.


Ya adolescente, lo más divertido era la tarea de pasar el vino de la damajuana a las botellas que luego irían a la mesa.  El elemento fundamental para trasladarlo era el embudo para el vino. Todavía lo conservo… Llenaba las botellas y lo que sobraba lo ponía en un pingüino de mesa.  Parece que las modas vuelven…


Todo comenzó cuando, durante una cena, mis padres me permitieron probar el vino:

“María Inés, un poquito nada más y ponele soda”.

Y ese fue mi primer contacto. Recuerdo las visitas que hacíamos a mis tíos, todos eran amantes del vino. Los paternos eran fanáticos de Termidor. En aquella época había un montón de publicidades en la televisión de este vino, pero a la hora de brindar se decía, “Con acento francés” “¡Salud!”.



Mis tíos maternos tomaban vino en botella, pero no se definían por una marca en especial, variaban según las reuniones. Eso sí, preferían los blancos: Etchart Privado Torontés, ¡Pero, con hielo, por favor!

Y a partir de ahí, el vino pasó a estar siempre presente en mi vida, hasta el día de hoy.

¡Qué más se puede pedir! Recuerdos de familia,  reuniones, alegrías… y, por supuesto… ¡el vino!
